More than 80 dishes are on offer including sashimi, maki, nigiri, hand rolls and hot classics such as chicken katsu curry, vegetable yakisoba and salmon teriyaki, as well as salads, tempura and desserts. The seating stations offer a great view of the chefs at work, and are stocked with soy sauce, pickled ginger and fiery wasabi for those brave enough!
