The N1 Centre is well recognised around Islington and beyond, with its leading high street brand s such as Monsoon, Paperchase, HMV and French Connection, but what about upstairs at the N1 Centre?

Once you are up the escalator you can go left or right: heading left takes you to the O2 Academy Islington, VUE Islington, Wagamama, Yo! Sushi and H&M. In the next few months, The O2 Academy Islington will be playing host to a cavalcade of amazing artists, including Detroit rappers D12, indie stars the Raveonettes and Sharon Corr’s solo tour. Right next door, The VUE Islington is one of the busiest cinemas in London, showing all the major (and some not so major) releases. You can find up-to-date listings for here.

Turn right at the top of the stairs presents you with Tinderbox (for all your caffeine-based needs), Gourmet Buffet (to fill empty stomachs) and Wetherspoon pub The Glass Works (great food and drink—and look out for their Cider Festival between 21st-31st July).
