N1 Food Week - 8 July Onwards

This July, the N1 Shopping Centre will be offering the people of Islington the chance to sample some of the many delights from the centre’s restaurants and local food favourites.
On the 8, 9 and 10 July between 12 and 4pm, YO! Sushi, Tinderbox and Glassworks will move away from their homes on the first floor of the N1 and set up camp on the ground floor for the N1 Weekend Food Fair, while Wagamama will be ‘floating’ around the fair offering treats.
The N1 Shopping Centre will also be holding Food Master Classes the following week so you can create some (almost) Michelin-starred works of art of your own! The N1 Weekend Food Fair will also play host to guest appearances from Waitrose and local baking extraordinaire, Ariella’s Cakes.
Retailers will be showcasing different produce, talking about key promotions, educating consumers and offering tasty samples. In addition to this, YO! Sushi master classes will be taking place the following week to help shoppers learn a little bit more about preparing great sushi. This will include a children's class for five 'mini ninjas' to learn how to make sushi and an adult’s class for five lucky budding chefs to learn how to make sushi from the head chef. Winners will be picked at random and contacted on Saturday 9 July.
